The glaze has this lovely uneven, hand-finished quality that catches the light differently every time I look at it. It feels raw and honest in my hands, exactly the kind of wabi-sabi simplicity I was hoping for.

I was a bit worried the raw texture would feel rough, but it’s surprisingly smooth to the touch while still keeping that handcrafted look. The slight irregularities in the glaze make each plate feel one-of-a-kind, and it’s become my go-to for everyday dinners.

The uneven texture on the rim gives each plate its own character, and I love how it adds a handcrafted feel to simple meals. The matte finish makes the white look softer and warmer than standard dinnerware. These are now my go-to plates for a quiet dinner at home.
